BUILT BY COLLECTORS, FOR COLLECTORS.
Vintage Soul. Mint Mindset.
OakLab was created from a fascination with card condition, preservation and the small details that separate an ordinary collectible from one that presents beautifully.
Collectors know the feeling: a card you love, held back by a fingerprint, a stubborn mark or years in the wrong box. OakLab exists to look closely at those cards — carefully, honestly, and with real respect for what they mean to the people who own them.
We’d rather tell you a card is best left alone than promise something we can’t deliver. That’s the Mint Mindset. The Vintage Soul is everything else: the nostalgia, the artwork, and the joy of a collection that’s been looked after.
WHAT WE STAND FOR.
INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT
Every card is evaluated individually. No one-size-fits-all treatment.
DOCUMENTED CONDITION
Cards are documented on arrival and again after treatment.
COLLECTOR-FOCUSED
For collectors who care about condition, presentation and preservation.
NO FALSE PROMISES
We assess what is realistically achievable before any work begins.
