When you request an assessment or send an enquiry: your name, email, optional phone number, card details, your notes and the photos you upload.
Why we use it
To assess your card, reply to you, prepare quotes and carry out agreed work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. REVIEW Confirm lawful bases.
Who sees it
Submissions are private and are never displayed publicly on this website. We do not sell your data. REVIEW List any processors (email, hosting, CRM) once chosen.
How long we keep it
